ppha 34600: program evaluation (2020)
I teach MPP-level program evaluation at the University of Chicago in the spring quarter.
The class is split into three sections, each with a distinct topical focus. Section 1 has a general applied micro focus. Section 2 has an international development focus. Section 3 has an energy and environment focus. The below materials are broken out into sections where applicable.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I conducted the course entirely online. My course materials, including syllabi, lecture slides, and pre-recorded videos can be found here. PDFs are broken out by section where applicable. There are definitely mistakes remaining (caveat econometricus). If you find one, let me know!
